MLB Best Team's of the Decade 7-5
7. Minnesota Twins
(2000-09 record: 863-758; 6-15 playoff record)
I gotta say I was suprised they ranked this high! They did keep a constant record through the 00's. They made some quiet noise in the Central this whole decade. When everyone counted them out early on what did they do? Kill it in August and September and still the Central from Cleveland and Chicago.
6.Oakland A's
(2000-09 record: 890-728; 11-16 playoff record)
We tend to forget the A's had some pretty good team's in the early 00's. If i'm not mistaken I think they had 2 straight 100 win season's. I think the AL West is one of the crazyest divison in the league. Almost 3 teams made the top 10. Seattle was killing it early on in the decade and the Rangers have caught the fire lately! Not to take the attention from the A's, you can now turn to your shoulder and flip off the the 2 teams that didn't make the list from your divison off because your supreme then them!
5. Atlanta Braves
(2000-09 record: 892-726; 9-16 playoff record)
Wow the Braves at 5! They really didn't make alot of noise this decade, just like the Twins they did it quiet. Well then again for the Braves, it's kind of hard to top the 90's. Man wasen't that starting rotation crazy? Smoltz, Avery, Maddux, Glavine, add Milwood at the end of the 90's. They somehow did had some good season's in the 00's, so here ya go Atlanta.

NFL Picks Friday
Alright Week 9 here we come! Were around the midway point through the season, it get's really tricky around this time of the year. This is when we see that one team we forgot about, go on a crazy 4-5 winning streak and the team everyone's sucking on loses 4 straight. For picks it does get kind of tough, because you know there's that one upset waiting around the corner to mess your whole weekend up! I fell victim to that last weekend!
I've been kicking ass and taking no prisonors this year, but last week I hit a nasty dirty wall! I went 8-5! 8-5! Man I was picking like the ESPN, and Yahoo Sport's experts! At least my season record is still super sick at 84-32. Look it up I'm still kicking 70% of cat's online ass on picks. I send an open challenge to another blog writer on picks. As of now no return answer. Don't be scared LET'S DO IT!!!!!!

MLB Best Team's of the Decade 10 thru 8
10. San Francisco Giants
(2000-09 record: 855-762; 12-13 playoff's; 1 World Series Appearance)
To me there's only one name that sum's up the 2000's for the Giants: BARRY BONDS! Did he do steroids, or he didn't, who knows? Was he on it when broke the record? When was he ever on them? These answer's we'll never know. But they snuck in and made the countdown, so congrad's San Fran. Your the #10 team for the 2000's.
9. Chicago White Sox
(2000-09 record: 857-762; 12-7 playoff record; 1 World Series Championship)
All you guys in Chicago can thank your championship to Mr. Ozzie. Since he came to Chicago, you guys have been somewhat entertaining to watch. Look at that playoff record. Pretty good, pretty good. Congrads Chicago your better then the Bad New's Cubs from that other part of town!
8. Los Angeles Dodgers
(2000-09 record: 862-758; 5-10 playoff record)
I couldn't believe it either! I had to double check it myself. Who would've thought, two bay teams to kick off the top 10 team's of the 2000's for baseball! You know minus this year's playoffs they only won 1 game in the playoff's this decade. They suprised me as I bet it did you, so here you go Dodgers! You can tell the rest of the league suck on these your better then them!
